By placing an order and/or entering information in any area of the Supply room website, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Privacy Policy
The Supply Room understands the importance of keeping personal information private and abides by the Privacy Act 1988.  We take reasonable & appropriate steps to secure stored personal information from unauthorised access.  We do not accept responsibility for the security of information in transit over the internet.

  • Personal information collected includes: Name, postal address, email address, telephone, and payment methods for placed orders and customer enquiries.
  • We do not sell or rent member or customer lists. Relevant personal information may be shared with third parties only when necessary to complete orders.
  • It is not mandatory to provide us with your information, however this may mean we are unable to process your order or enquiry.

Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices are correct at the time of posting on website, and are not inclusive of postage. (Postage will be calculated in check-out.) We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Discount codes
Codes are only valid until expiry date shown.

Payment Options

Order Information
Fulfillment of orders is subject to availability. In the event of unavailability of products, due to circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible for alternative arrangements.
All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery.

Delivery
Orders are usually processed with-in 3-5 business days. Shipped via Australia Post, sent with a tracking number, and require a signature on delivery. Delivery times vary based on delivery location. Delivery times are a guide only, If item/s are currently out of stock the delivery time may exceed the 3-5 days required for processing. Postage rates may change at any time.

Refunds and Returns
In accordance with the Trade Practices Act, a refund or replacement will be provided for all goods found to be faulty or misrepresented in any way.
Please choose carefully as we do not provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect choice.
Faulty or damaged products can be returned and/or exchanged by contacting us within 3 days of receiving the product. This does not cover damage or misuse by the customer.

All refunds need to be approved before being refunded. If a refund is required please contact us, and reference your order number. Goods must be unused, in original condition, with proof of purchase and within 7 days of purchase date. Returns, exchanges and refunds are at the customer’s cost and risk.
